K-Invoice Electronic Invoice Software Officially Launched
The official launch event of K-Invoice Electronic Invoice Software was attended by Mr. Trần Đức Tâm – Director of the Internet Infrastructure Center, Mr. Đặng Xuân Trường – Project Manager, Mr. Trần Ngọc Hiếu – Infrastructure Lead, Mr. Nguyễn Bá Minh Hoàng – Technical Lead, Mr. Phạm Minh Tuấn – Sales & Marketing Lead, along with the dedicated project team.
According to the Tax Administration Law 2019 and Decree No. 123/2020/NĐ-CP, from July 1, 2022, all businesses in Vietnam (except for certain exempt cases) are required to use electronic invoices (e-invoices).
In response to this regulation and the growing demand for compliant invoicing solutions, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, under its Tenten.vn and Kaike brands, began developing K-Invoice in February 2023 and successfully completed the product by June 2023.
K-Invoice is fully integrated as a new feature within the Kaike Smart Accounting Software, supporting businesses in retail invoicing and fully complying with Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC and Decree 123/2020/NĐ-CP from the Ministry of Finance and the Government of Vietnam on e-invoices for goods and services.
