According to the agreement, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM will develop an application that operates within the Zalo platform, enhancing interaction between TH’s functional departments (Sales, I&S, SO, Trade Marketing, Finance, and P&C) and retail outlets. The app aims to boost sales opportunities, reduce workloads, and optimize POSM request and repair workflows. Target users include sales staff, IT maintenance personnel, distributors, and managers. In the future, the project team plans to expand the application’s features to meet additional operational needs of TH Group.

The application, built on the Zalo platform, enables fast and simple distribution to TH's intended users. Each user is assigned a unique account, ensuring the app runs smoothly without consuming significant device memory or resources, and minimizing dependence on phone specifications. System updates are automatic, with no manual action required from users whenever new versions are released.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Khoa shared: “At TH, each retail outlet manages numerous assets and requires ongoing information exchange. The Retailer App will be an extended arm for us to monitor real-time conditions at these outlets and respond swiftly.
After over a year of researching and evaluating various vendors, we decided to choose GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM as our development partner. We believe their experience in similar projects will enable them to provide the right consulting and technical support, delivering a solution tailored to our needs at an optimal cost.”

One of the main reasons TH Group chose GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM is their highly experienced engineering team, capable of developing and deploying large-scale, high-load applications. The solution will serve over 40,000 retail outlets in Phase 1, with scalability to support 100,000+ users during peak periods and future expansion phases.
