ABBank has more than 2 million customer data in various segments, facing challenges in managing and exploiting customer data to meet customer needs. At the same time, the bank also needs to optimize the management of the sales team to improve consulting and sales performance.

ABBank has cooperated with GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM to deploy the WOWCRM Customer Relationship Management system. The system applies new technologies in AI, BigData... to fully meet the professional operations in business and customer data management of the bank.

WOWCRM has helped synchronize more than 2 million customer data, exploiting this data to support consulting and sales activities, helping to increase customer conversion rates. After the project, ABBank also recorded hundreds of billions of VND in profit growth. The staff also improved their work performance and left positive feedback when using the software.
